New staff never have a chance to meet half the guests unless they venture over to the much less busy side of the floor.

Managers only care about numbers and profit and the rules are very rarely followed by the servers or bartenders when it comes to providing proper service- guests constantly are over served and nobody takes it serious! Serving on the floor is split amongst servers but if you’re new nobody will give you a chance at serving on the better side of the floor.the “rotation” they follow is a crock and given to the server with the highest sales which is by the senior staff.

Management is the worst I have ever encountered-micro managed, favoritism, drama, gossiping, belittling, and that’s just in reference to the management team! Absolutely horrendous when it comes to training newcomers-probably better off if you come prepared to embrace the struggle while being made to look like an idiot. Everyone seems kind to start but that quickly fades away.
